We started Dutchtransformers because Eindhoven deserved better flips.
Most renovations treat houses as spreadsheets. Strip, paint, list, repeat. We think that’s both bad business and a bit disrespectful — to the houses, and to the people who’ll live in them next.
We’re a small team of architects, builders, and one stubborn founder. We’re renovating our first house right now, the way we intend to renovate every one after it: like we’re moving in ourselves.
